The Problem:
Work areas with hard surface flooring creating foot and leg fatigue or an
accumulation of ice on an entry door landing in residential or commercial areas
The
Solution:
A covering made of natural rubber designed to reduce leg and foot fatigue in
work areas, breaks ice build up at entry doors, improving safety and reducing
the use of products or equipment that may cause damage to the floor material.
Current solutions are not the answer. Shovels and chisels/scrapers damage the
flooring. Salt is ineffective at -15° F and carpets of jute or synthetic turf
absorb water and freeze, creating hazardous conditions. Employee comfort is
increased and leg and foot fatigue reduced.

Advantages
 | Flexible in cold weather |
 | Placing foot’s weight on pad causes cover to
sink breaking ice |
 | No effort needed to break ice |
 | Sure grip grooves reduce risk of falling |
 | Flexible design provides padding in work areas
to reduce foot and leg fatigue |
|
 | Does not absorb water |
 | Easy to maintain, cleans with a broom and mild
soap |
 | No need for harsh abrasives or chemicals |
 | Permanent installation |
 | Resistant to ice melting products (salt,
potassium/calcium chloride) |
 | Resistant to most oil products |
 | Less accumulation of ice at entryways |
|
Easy to Install
 | Prepare the floor surface by removing any
debris. |
 | Install the anchors in the pre-drilled holes
first starting at the center of the pad and going outward avoiding any
pressure to the pad. |
 | Avoid anchoring the Flex-Pad with weight on the
pad to prevent unnecessary stretching decreasing the pads operating
qualities. |
 |
|
*Flex-Pad must be properly anchored
for proper operation and safety. (Anchors not included)
**Flex-Pad is available in
29" x 39"
lengths or may be joined together for custom lengths or factory cut to
specified lengths |
